By entering into business with DeG Designs you agree to our terms and conditions as follows:

Payment Methods

  • We accept Pay Pal, Cheques, Bank Drafts and postal orders

Samples

  • Samples may be ordered on line.
  • Samples will be issued as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Ordering

  • We confirm your order and request 50% deposit (non-refundable).
  • Proofs are supplied on receipt of payment.
  • Order goes into production only on receipt of signed approved proofs.

 

Proofs

  • One set of hard copy proofs will be issued per client, it is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all proofs are thoroughly checked & read before signing approval to proceed to production.
  • DeG Designs will not be held responsible for errors of any nature that have occurred on signed mock ups and have been overlooked in proof reading stage.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all text i.e. spellings, dates and times are correct before approving proofs to DeG Designs for production.
  • Changes supplied to us after proofs have been signed and approved cannot be guaranteed to appear on finished goods.
  • Your signature indicates confirmation of your approval to proceed to production.
  • Where errors are not identified and client approval is given, a reprint charge will apply.

Delivery / Collection

  • Delivery or collection details will be determined when we contact you on receipt of your order.
  • Deliveries are made via our chosen postal service or courier.
  • Deliveries are mon-fri between 9am – 5pm (someone must be available to sign for the goods).
  • A valid delivery address is to be supplied – as all deliveries must be signed for.
  • Delivery charges are not included in the price of stationery.
  • DeG Designs are not responsible for late receipt of items caused due to issues outside of our control i.e. acts of God, strikes etc.

Quality

  • DeG Designs stationery is produced to the highest standards.
  • As our stationery is handmade, small variations will occur.
  • DeG Designs reserves the right to make minor changes to our designs.
  • Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Quotes issued are valid for one month only.
